My name is Barry Blakesley.  I have well over 20 years experience in the catering industry.  I qualified at Westminster Catering College in London and then completed a full apprenticeship with the Savoy Group working for the Savoy Hotel and Simpsons in the Strand. From there I moved on to work in the pastry department of Harrods for 5 years. Since then I have worked in the industry in management positions from  Public Houses & Contract Catering to Facilities Management in the Education sector. For one company, I ran their entire UK Catering operation with a turnover in excess of £2 million. In this time I have been involved in organising & running large scale high profile catering events in all of my previous positions.  I also have experience of organising weddings in detail from small civil to dual culture weddings of up to 400 people. College prospectus launches and graduation parties etc.

All of our consultants and Events organisers have similar backgrounds so that we can offer you a complete professional service whatever your catering need.
